Please contact one of our New Patient Coordinators to find out about coverage under your specific plan. Our goal is to provide persistent back and neck pain sufferers the care you need, without surgery or prescription drugs.

That's why we also offer interest-free payment plans to help you with high deductibles and co-pays. In addition, flexible cash plans are available for those with no insurance.
