"Improving Patient Lives By Changing the Way Rehabilitation is Performed."

Dynamic Rehabilitation has a strong history of successful rehabilitation in spine using MedX technology for strengthening and McKenzie method for mechanical assessment. There is strong evidence for the importance of quantitative strength training in the management of almost all chronic diseases.

In 2006, Dynamic Rehabilitation created an evidence-based, outcomes driven treatment model for OA patients. This model fosters a deep understanding and expertise in our areas of treatment. We apply a "multi-disciplinary" team approach which includes a unique combination of MedX technology and McKenzie therapy supervised by a team of specialists including board-certified medical doctors, physical therapists and physical therapist assistants. The goal of Dynamic Rehabilitation program is to increase function and help patients gain control over their OA knee pain.

By using MedX, the most sophisticated rehabilitative equipment in the world, patient's knee injuries are accurately evaluated and treated. This advanced equipment has the ability to effectively isolate, test and rehabilitate weakened muscles surrounding the knee.  Through an isometric test, the MedX knee machine helps determine appropriate levels of rehabilitative strength training. By strengthening muscles and connective tissue surrounding the knee joint and movement becomes less painful.

The McKenzie therapy is a philosophy of active patient treatment emphasizing injury intervention and prevention. It provides patients with life-long pain management skills.  Our therapists educate and empower patients to manage their own symptoms effectively without having to re-enter the healthcare system.

Dynamic Rehabilitation’s OA knee program is safe, effective and well-tolerated. While there is no cure for arthritis, we can make living with arthritis easier and less painful.

One might think active exercise is contraindicated for people with osteoarthritis of the knee.  In fact, just the opposite is true. While there is no cure for osteoarthritis (as with all degenerative conditions of the body), successful treatment models can help shape attitudes and behaviors. The intent of our restorative/rehabilitation program is to increase our patient's function and help them gain control over their pain.
