Dynamic Rehabilitation now offers such advance rehabilitation using a "multi-disciplinary" approach involving a comination of MedX technology and McKenzie therapy - all supervised by a team of medical specialists devoted to the treatment of neck injuries.

The McKenzie Method

Also known as mechanical diagnosis and therapy, the McKenzie Method is based upon a "cause and effect" relationship between mechanical forces and pain response often accompanied by a change in motion/function.

McKenzie is a philosophy of active patient treatment that emphasizes injury intervention and prevention. It provides the patient with life-long pain management skills.

Evaluation & Treatment

Once neck problem has been evaluated and documented, appropriate rehabilitation can begin. Typically, our program for persistent pain sufferers lasts for eight to ten weeks with 2-3 visits per week.

The Dynamic Difference

Dynamic Rehabilitation is Michigan's largest medically supervised program for treating neck and back pain. We provide the most successful, tested and clinically effective approach for people suffering from persistent neck pain.

Is Neck Rehabilitation Right For You?

Our neck program is successful with more than four out of five patients completing the Dynamic Rehabilitation program.  Our unique program has been extremely successful in treating patients with muscle spasms, sciatica, bulging, ruptured and degenerative discs as well as many other spinal problems. Not all neck problems can be resolved without surgery. However, medical experts now believe even when surgery is required, post-surgical rehabilitation greatly increases the likelihood of a successful operation by reconditioning the surrounding musculature

MedX is the only technology that specifically isolates, tests, strengthens and rehabilitates

weakened extensor muscles of the cervical spine. MedX accomplishes this by stablizing the

upper trunk area of the body resulting in isolation of the cervical (neck) area.

  NOTE THE RESTRAINT SYSTEM

1 Restraint of the trunk with shoulder straps

2 Restraint of the shoulders with shoulder pads

3 Cervical muscles are stabilized while the patients flexes and extends the neck while rehabilitation excercises.

4 Research Supports that if increases occur in strength, range of motion and endurance of the cervical extensors, patients typically have greatly reduced or completely abolished pain.
