John J. Karazim II, M.D.
Medical Director
John Karazim is a graduate of Wayne State University School of Medicine and is board-certified in Internal and Emergency Medicine. He is board-eligible in Occupational Medicine. He has been the Director of Emergency Medicine at Crittenton Hospital and the Medical Director of Meadowbrook Health Enhancement Institute at Oakland University. He has been a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at Wayne State University and presently is a Clinical Associate Professor at Oakland University College of Human Sciences in the Department of Exercise Physiology and Physical Therapy. He has been the Medical Director of Dynamic Rehabilitation since 1992 where he continues to focus on the treatment of neck and back pain primarily through the use of state-of-the-art MedX rehabilitation equipment and hands-on McKenzie treatment methods.
Joseph Mascot, M.D.
Joseph Mascot completed his undergraduate work at the University of Michigan and has been a board-certified internist since 1988. He has extensive post-graduate education in the treatment of spinal disorders. His prior practice experience includes internal medicine, emergency medicine, and occupational medicine. Dr. Mascot joined Dynamic Rehabilitation in 1996 and continues to focus on the treatment of neck and back pain primarily through the use of state-of-the-art MedX rehabilitation equipment and hands-on McKenzie treatment methods.
Terri L. M. Johnson, M.D.
Terri Johnson has a Bachelor's of Science in Nutrition from the University of Michigan. She graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School and is board-certified in Family Practice. Her prior experience includes family practice and sports medicine. She has extensive post-graduate education in the treatment of spinal disorders and continues to focus on the treatment of neck and back pain primarily through the use of state-of-the-art MedX rehabilitation equipment and hands-on McKenzie treatment methods.
Ann Zaccagnini, D.O.
Ann Zaccagnini is a graduate of Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and is board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation as well as Osteopathic Medicine & Surgery. Her residency was completed at Wayne State University and the Detroit Medical Center Department of PM & R. Medical Services at Harper University Hospital and continues as an Assistant Professor at Wayne State University School of Medicine & Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan. Dr. Zaccagnini joined the Dynamic Rehabilitation medical staff in 2003 and continues to focus on the treatment of neck and back pain primarily through the use of state-of-the-art MedX rehabilitation equipment and hands-on McKenzie treatment methods
Maria Cecelia San Juan, P.T.
Director of Physical Therapy
Maria San Juan is a graduate of Wayne State University's Physical Therapy program. She was a staff physical therapist at Crittenton Hospital with a focus on general orthopedic and acute care cases. She was a former assistant teacher for Oakland University's Physical Therapy Program. Maria joined the Dynamic Rehabilitation medical staff in 1998 and is a certified McKenzie therapist supervising over a dozen staff physical therapists. She continues to focus on the treatment of neck and back pain primarily through the use of state-of-the-art MedX rehabilitation equipment and hands-on McKenzie treatment methods.
